I am Andrea Giraldez-Hayes, PhD, a chartered psychologist, coaching psychologist, psychotherapist, and expert in arts-based coaching with over 35 years’ experience spanning the arts, psychology and education. As Course Director for the MSt in Coaching at the University of Cambridge and Visiting Fellow for the Master's in Applied Positive Psychology at Buckinghamshire New University, I integrate cutting-edge and evidence-based coaching psychology and positive psychology with the transformative power of the arts. My work bridges practice and research, centring on creativity as a catalyst for wellbeing and change. Alongside private practice, which includes supervision and consultancy, I contribute as an academic and editor for leading journals. My last edited books are "Arts-Based Coaching: Using Creative Tools to Promote Better Self-Expression" and "The Routledge Handbook of Wellbeing Arts".
