This engaging and experiential training course introduces you to the foundations of arts-based coaching. It is open to all coaches, coaching psychologists, and interested practitioners who are curious about integrating creative methods into their practice.
Across eight interactive workshops, you will explore a range of arts-based techniques in a safe, supportive environment, first applying them to yourself and within the group, and then learning how to use them confidently with clients. Each session is designed to deepen your understanding of the evidence-based principles behind arts-based approaches while giving you hands-on experience with various tools.
Together, we will cover themes such as working with metaphors and imagery, using visual arts and photography, exploring music, and experimenting with object-building.
By the end of the course, you will feel equipped to thoughtfully and ethically integrate arts-based interventions into your coaching practice, enhancing your work with creativity, depth, and insight.
Three groups per year start in July, October, and January
